Become an owner : As with Uk and other French Holiday Parks the principal is to buy the van and rent the pitch on a seasonal basis. Please be aware that buying a Holiday Home on a Park is not an investment, it’s a lifestyle choice, your principal aim should be to spend and enjoy as much time using it as you, your family and friends possibly can.
For prices on the 2020 range of ATLAS, PEMBERTON, WILLERBY and ABI Holiday Homes and Holiday Lodges please ask. We also offer Residential Lodges and Bespoke Lodges, these are a great alternative to appartments offering more space with an outside garden and all of the facilities that come with the resort at a fraction of the price. The annual pitch rental for an emplacement for the 2020 Season ranges from around 5 390 € for a luxe pitch through to 8 360€ for a twin lodge pitch and depends on the size of the Holiday Home. The additional costs consist of electricity, water (individually metered ), gas (per bottle) and a tourist tax (2019 tariff is 66 cents per adult per night ). The utility costs obviously depend on how many people you are and how long you stay. The 2020 pitch rent will be published by the beginning of November.
Brand new mobile homes have an on-site life of 10 years and nearly new ones are 10 years from the date they were first sited (for example a 2015 model will have to be renewed by March 2025) . The twin Holiday Lodge models have 15 years whilst the Residential and Bespoke Lodges are valid for 20 years. At the end of this term there are various options ; either purchase another new one (we can offer a part exchange), sell it off-site, move it off-site (which we can arrange) or we can make you an offer for it or sell it off-site on your behalf.
We have a selection of pitches available for the 2020 season for Holiday Homes and Lodges and in addition we offer a chargeable service for supplying and laying new terraces , fitting Pergolas , planting, installing lighting , watering systems and so on.
All mobile homes must be insured with a legal minimum of third party but for peace of mind we recommend an all risk policy, this must include our months of closure. All mobile homes must have a valid gas safety certificate which is carried out by a gas safe engineer and charged at 95€ plus any parts required. For new mobile homes this is offered for the first year. General maintenance can be carried out by our team and charged at an discounted hourly rate for owners plus any parts required.
If you want to lend or sublet your Holiday Home, this is entirely possible , the following charges apply ; for immediate family (parents, kids, brothers and sisters ) there is just the tourist tax to pay, for non-immediate family , friends , work colleagues and rental clients there is a charge of 15 € per family per day on top of the tourist tax.
We appreciate that you can only do so much by mail and internet so if you would like to take your enquiry to the next stage the ideal way to see if you are happy with Holiday Marina’s facilities, is to come and see for yourself. We are not timeshare sales people so we do not offer free week-ends but If you would like to visit us, you can rent a mobile home for a couple of nights to try it out . If you decide to go ahead and purchase this cost will be refunded.
